Another month, another record for New Jersey’s online casinos.

March, nevertheless, is also highly distinct. This is due to the fact that state gambling authorities in the Garden State have incorporated revenue data for individual online operators for the first time ever. Now that online gambling has been allowed in New Jersey for almost a decade, the general public may now see the performance of individual digital operators.

And the results are…

2024 is Seeing DraftKings Surpass FanDuel

DraftKings Online Casino NJ and FanDuel Online Casino NJ are without a doubt the top two operators of online casinos in the state, based on March financial data that was made public by the Division of Gaming Enforcement on Tuesday. FanDuel reported making approximately $120.9 million so far this year, while DraftKings has made about $122.7 million.

Together, the two operators of online casinos make up 43.3% of the $562.8 million that all 31 online skins in New Jersey brought in during March.

In New Jersey, Mohegan Sun, Resorts, PokerStars, and Hollywood online casinos are all licensed by Resorts Digital Gaming, which also licenses DraftKings Online Casino. Together with Golden Nugget, BetRivers, and BetWay online casinos, FanDuel Online Casino is licensed to operate in New Jersey under the same gaming license.

The only other digital operators to generate more than $20 million in revenue so far in 2024 were Hard Rock Bet ($25.7M), Caesars Palace Online Casino ($34.9M), Borgata Online Casino ($52.3M), and BetMGM Online Casino ($64.3M).

BetRivers and Golden Nugget, two of the previously listed skins, came quite close, with $19.7 million and $19.4 million, respectively, year-to-date. As to the NJDGE data, Bally Online Casino made over $17.8 million in revenue in 2024.
