Bragg Gaming Group Acquires Spin Games LLC in $30M Cash and Stock Deal
Spin Games has been acquired by the Bragg Gaming Group in a deal worth approximately $30M, adding momentum to Bragg’s North American market expansion, as clearly evidenced by the number of new casinos in NJ.
Bragg will be able to utilize Spin Games‘ iGaming connections in the US and Canadian markets to sell its own gaming software, which has been well received by the more mature online gaming market in Europe.
New Jersey, Michigan, and Connecticut are three US states expected to receive Bragg’s proprietary games, Egyptian Magic, Fairy Dust, and Paradise Ticket, among others, in the third quarter of 2022, through their Remote Game Server (RGS).
Spin Games’ current RGS software is already licensed in New Jersey, Pennsylvania, and Michigan, with over 30 in-house slots, video poker, and keno titles.
