Hard Rock Bet is Ready to Go Live This Summer With a Big Revamp
Later this year, Hard Rock Sports & Casino NJ will become Hard Rock Bet. Hard Rock Digital revealed that its online sportsbook offering in five states will get a new brand. This change included New Jersey, Tennessee, Ohio, Arizona, Indiana, and Virginia.
Hard Rock has participated in the NJ online casino market since 2013. The business has had an NJ online sportsbook since 2019. The Hard Rock Hotel & Casino Atlantic City‘s gaming license is used to run the branded online casino and sportsbook.
Hard Rock joins other significant US sportsbooks like FanDuel, DraftKings, and Caesars in bringing in some new technological in-house capabilities. These companies have taken comparable moves to boost their competitiveness and acquire more control over their product offerings.
Different operators have reported greater holds and higher parlay income as a result of comparable improvements, while others have found it difficult to compete.
The Hard Rock NJ footprint’s digital component hasn’t yet performed as well as its physical counterpart. Hard Rock Hotel & Casino Atlantic City made its debut in 2018. In terms of reported income from land-based gaming since then, it is second only to Borgata. Hard Rock AC’s online revenue statistics for internet casinos and sports betting, in contrast, are among the lowest in New Jersey’s market for legal online gambling.
