With a Guaranteed $1.1 Million Prize Pool, the WSOP Online Circuit Series Offers Big Money
For the 2022–2023 season, the WSOP will host its final monthly online tournament series.
For the forthcoming series, WSOP will serve as the virtual New Jersey online poker venue starting on May 10 and continuing through May 21.
NJ users will have the option to compete for over $1.1 million in guaranteed prizes and 12 championship rings during the forthcoming series, which will be available in the shared player pool market of Nevada and New Jersey. However, PA and MI players should anticipate different series to take place over a similar period of time.
Important events from the upcoming series include:
- $40,000 guaranteed in the $500 PLO BIG (May 10, Event 1);
- $100,000 guaranteed in the $100 NLH MonsterStack (May 14, Event 5);
- $10,000 guaranteed in the $1,000 NLH High Roller (May 16, Event 7);
- $300,000 guaranteed in the $525 Main Event (May 12, Event 12).
A player’s automatic entry into the 2023 WSOP Tournament of Champions is guaranteed if they win a ring this year. All 2022–23 circuit ring and bracelet winners, whether they competed in person or online, are eligible for the $1 million freeroll.
This event will be kicking off The Las Vegas WSOP which will run for three days starting on May 31.
A select group of players that have earned a WSOP Circuit ring online or at a live event over the past year will compete in the 2023 Tournament of Champions. Winners from the 2022 WSOP Online and WSOP Europe competitions will also be allowed to participate.
